Headlight question

Is the bell (alarm) that goes off if you leave your lights on when you turn the truck off on a fuse? I noticed that I had left the light switch on and when I went to get out of the truck, no bell going off. Any ideas?

The chime is triggered by a switch in the door. Do your interior lights work with the door open and closing? Newer vehicles include the switch in the door latch mechanism.

The interior lights do work. I was hoping it was just a fuse or something simple. Guess not.

I think the chime comes from the instrument cluster.
