F50 = F500

156 = 156 inch wheelbase
No color code. This is a special order truck sold to the government, so they probably had it painted OD or some other fun color.

4 81
4 = Black Woven Thong/Corinthian Vinyl
81 = Cab and chassis vehicle, Standard Cab

42 = Rockwell model D-100 single speed rear axle, 13,000 lbs capacity, 6.20 ratio

135 3500 = 135 Certified Net HP @ 3500 RPM
830393

Are there any added Government plaques or plates telling the operator "This is a light duty truck....." etc? Dash or firewall seem to be popular places for those.
Check your wheels as Firestone 5 degree "widowmaker" wheels would have been available on this truck as OEM.
With the stock tires, probably 7.50 x 20, you have a tire diameter of maybe 38 inches.
With your axle ratio and those tires, you are looking at 55 MPH at 3,000 RPM.
