It looks like if the fan was into the shroud a little more it may help the cooling but the blades dont look like they have much of a curve to them.
My fan blades dont look that much better but it dose pull air. I did put foam between the radiator and AC condenser so the air would get pulled thru it.

FYI when you install stats drill a 1/8" hole in the flat washer area to let air pass through and keep it from burping it will not hurt how it works.

Hmm, I just remembered this comment. What about the water pump? Is it new, and if so, intended for the V-belt drive? I vaguely remember something about later water pumps designed for a serpentine belt turn in the opposite direction. The impeller is different, and does not move nearly as much coolant if spinning in the "wrong" direction.

I was aware of the water pump complexities and did not want to add to it in this current configuration. So i stuck with the pump (clockwise rotation v belt) on the original motor. No idea if it was changed by original owner, but upon inspection i could not find anything in the pump vanes that would impact direction of flow. They all appear to be straight. And the threads for the clutch are standard rotation. The newer clutches call for reverse rotation threads. While the older have both standard threaded and 4 bolt configurations. Pump feels solid with no play and seems to roll smooth. And i am clearly get a lot of heat to the radiator. So im leaning towards it being an airflow issue. Thanks tho👍

Just as an FYI. The combination of the new radiator, and new clutch for the fan appears to have resolved my overheating issues. Thanks for your input!

Good to hear you got her cooled down
You cant beat the factory set up for keeping the motor cool.

It was upper 80's low 90's and humid as he11 and I had to pull the 20' enclosed trailer 20 miles to a show then after took the rig to a cruise in for a bit then home.
The temp gauge only went up a little from normal for some reason but came right back down.
