doesnt sound like hes tubbing anything. He wants his tires to stick outside of the fenders, to give it a wider stance.
Fordguy, any wheel/tire shop should be able to tell u. Im guessing probably 3-3.5 backspacing on a 10 inch rim will work great. Deep dish 10 inch rim will stick out probably 1.5 - 2 inches past the fender.
