Jumper cables

What is the best way to jump start another vehicle with a 7.3 PS and vice versa?

If you are trying to start the PSD, make sure the other guy has the power to do it.. Use the thickest jumpers you can find, and connect the passenger side battery positive terminal to the other vehicle positive, and connect the other lead to something substantial, on either the engine, or the frame. Try to avoid connecting it to the negative post, they don't like it..

Remember, a Powerstroke needs to see 10. something volts and a RPM of about 200 before it will start..
