I have a 2024 XLT F350 with the sport / black appearance package. I believe it has LED reflector headlights.
Im really unimpressed with the brightness of these, I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations? In the past I had a Tacoma and added an aftermarket harness and H4 bulbs - and felt super confident with those.
I don't mind mine in any weather or at night. They're brighter than anything I've ever driven and I have driven a LOT of different vehicles.
Remember too that they are LED and therefore a different wavelength than what you might be used to. Therefore they don't reflect off surfaces the same way as Halogens did (it's a big reason I am NOT a fan of the 'reflective' paint they use for lines on the road now - it doesn't reflect at ALL in the rain).
About the only real upgrade you could do would be to switch to projector headlamps, but those are costly.
Mine's a 23, but I absolutely love these lights. Best I've ever had.
Agree. After years of replacing crappy halogens with LED in these trucks I was glad I didn't have to mess with it anymore when I got a 2023 XLT Premium with LED.
I have a 2025 F250 XLT Premium w/ blackout package , my question is do I have led headlights and taillights ? This is my 1st Super Duty so im just not that familiar with these trucks just yet . Any help would be appreciated . Thanks,

Not sure if things have changed in the ensuing years but my 2023 XLT Premium Tremor with Sport Appearance Package has LED headlights but incandescent tail lights.

Same as my STX.
Easy way to tell is to get someone to look at your taillights when you step on the brakes. LED's are instant on, instant off, where incandescent transition on, and then off... very quickly, mind you, but you will instantly be able to tell the difference.

I was so happy first time I used these. And the high beams actually do more!! Drive a Silverado with LED projector (top trim) and you’ll love that Ford!
