It's a BUCK tag. Used on the assembly line.
There are probably several of them placed around your vehicle.
Used for assembly line purposes.
If you search buck tag in here you will get more info. But it's nothing to worry about and from my reading most are for internal, factory use only. Although some numbers may match your door tag and or vin, for the most part they are used during manufacturing.
