Just get a rebuilt one. worst case scenario it goes bad someday and your lifetime warranty gives you a new one. half hour to install it and it's fixed.
I tried again this morning and no luck getting the piston out. I also ordered two new pistons and seal kit. The core was only $5 a piece so I will just keep these calipers for now.
I am going to make a 1/4 steel plate piece and weld it to the front of the stuck piston face and then weld a nut to the plate. A slide hammer and air at the same time should get the piston out. If not….then it goes in the scrap bin.
