78 f150 4x4 351 (now 429) 4 spd. The wires running from front plug to tail lights were trash, so I ran new wires up to the plug. 4 wires replaced….. yellow, green, black / red stripe and brown. There are two plugs. One of the brown wires went to the tail lights. Other brown wire I have no idea where it goes as it was simply laying on the inner frame lip. Large plug, green / red stripe was fuel gauge which I replaced. Any idea what the blue wire is for? The two grey wires tied together as one and go to the aftermarket proportioning valve (from bronco graveyard).
all lights work except pass tail has nothing. I have not checked the wires running under the tailgate from drivers side to pass side yet
