total timing

I know it has been asked and talked about before but what do you guys run for total timing. I need to get my timing worked.

after some checking tonite i discovered that i have 6btdc intial, 30 with mechaical and 50 with advance. Its feels slugish. Would more intial and less mechical and vaccum make it run beter(harder)?

My 428 likes 14 initial and 42 total all in my 3k. I'd bump your initial way up and make sure your curve is bringing it home soon enough.
