trans problems
I have a 2000 f-350 with 4r100, Shifts fine and tows fine in drive. Problem is if I manually pull down to 1st or 2nd at a stop light with my foot on the brake the truck will lurch forward and I keep my foot on the brake to stop from hitting the vechicle in front of me the engine will stall.

Low trans fluid can cause this. So can a problem with the internal filter, leaking internal seals, or a worn pump.
