Well, stuck in a parking lot. I drove about a mile to the store, and when I got back in my truck, it won’t start. When I turn the key, the Engine Temp light comes on, but no sound what so ever. Starter is not trying to turn the engine at all. What could this be?
Very little information to go on here. What year, manual, auto, things like that would certainly help. Possibly a neutral saftey or clutch switch. Try jumping the starter relay on the right fender, just make sure you are in neutral or park with park brake set.

Sorry, it’s a 1986 6.9 automatic. Always starts like a champ with a couple of turns of the starter. So really odd it makes 0 sounds when I crack the key. Something electrical or disconnected?
Might be the neutral safety switch. I don't know the location of it. Someone will. Also try reshifting into park or neutral and retry. The switch may only need adjustment.

That was it! I feel like an idiot lol. Shifted to Drive and back to Park, started🤦🏻♂️. Thank you!
