Engine will not restart

Engine will not restart
After driving my truck for a few hours I shut it off and it will not restart. I turn the key to the start position and nothing, not even a click sound. After a half hour or so it will start. Any Ideas one this. One more thing it dosen't do it all the time.

My buddies POS Silverado did this, turned out the starter solenoid was getting heat soaked and would only re-start after cooling off. Don't know if that is possible on the Ford but just shooting some ideas for ya.
