so sync 3 truck. while on phone calls the truck drops the connection and goes to the phone, then the phone connects with the truck and goes thru the speakers again. happens intermediately during calls. always in open areas and never had issue before so its not "tree releated"
when i run forscan diagnostics every 3rd time it pops up no apim
i clear code and all is good for 3 cycles then it pops up again
thoughts?

Reason: add
Is your phone connected through USB at the same time? My truck seemed to have conflict between bluetooth and the USB. I have Sync 3.0. Remove phone cable and try.
I would agree with updating all software, both on your Sync and your phone. GENERALLY that at least helps the situation.
As for why it keeps showing 'no apim' every few cycles...that sounds like a different issue that could be the root cause of this one if software updates don't fix it.
