Transfer Case Fluid

How often do each of you with 10th gen F150's change the transfer case fluid ?

I recommend to my clients to change it at 100k intervals
But
Used to do it at the dealer at 30k intervals in conjunction with a 30k service

When I drain the trans pan, I do the tcase. It only holds a few quarts.

1.7 quarts is what mine fit in there.
T case fluid gets worked hard and it's such a small amount.
