I can't help on 1, 2 and 4 but the Ford website has updated manuals. On FordServiceInfo.com you can pay for a bunch of information for vehicles 1994 and newer. It might be useful, or maybe not.
Just getting back to this project been a busy summer
you said you can help with a stand alone harness build for the 7.3 will it also still operate the 4r100 transmission? Or would I need to look at a stand alone for that?

You also said you know how to make the 2014 cab stand alone?

My plan of attack on this is to install all the 6.7 sensors on the 7.3 to to power the dash im also going to swap the ABS modules and rear axles to get speed going to install the transmission module stripped down just for range spector and in stall a 6r140 range sensor in tandem on the 4r100 and swap the 4x4 spector

Now that should cover 85% of everything I'm still trying to figure out RPM and cruse control

Plan on installing the 6.7 fuel rail pressure sensor in the 7.3 high pressure oil rail to give me pump prussher read outs

And all the other sensors the 6.7 has on the 7.3 for dash read outs and operation and hvac control planning on in stalling the 6.7 fan on the 7.3 as well

Going to be using the rad pack from the 6.7 trany condenser air to air and rad and make some hoses up

Unsure if I want to in stall the air to water cooler from the 6.7 any pros to it ??

Most likely going to use the 6.7 fuel pump and Sender for fuel gauge operation

Swaping the steering boxes
I think that's everything the only other thing that I might consider is install a 5r110? I just don't know if it worth it or not is the 5r that much better than the 4r? The 4r was just rebuild and had a upgrade tork converter put in it

Thank for the read and any assistance it much appreciated

Just a update for all the haters

So winter is coming to a end here only got 2 ft of snow on the ground over the winter I have done a bunch of coding and bench testing and I believe I have figured out how to make it all work together if any one cares I have been running code using a teensy 4.1 stacked on a copperhill triple can board 2.0b the plan of attack is since I have a complete truck is to install the 14 rear axle and abs in the 02 this will give me most of dash information the 02 will keep pcm idm front axle 7.3l ps 4r100 and t-case front abs sensors will be run through a vr to hall-effects convertor the pcm idm will be powered from the 14 fuse box bcm will control start logic as factory to keep remote start hvac will be 98% the 14 beside the compressor keeping the 14 logic in control 4x4 will be controlled by 14 logic same t case 02 to 14 4r100 vss will be inject from the teensy gatway converting it from can to 8k ppm vss cruise control will be the same pulling the pid and converting it to ladder range spector will be pulled from the 4r100 RS nd wire to teensy and converted and broadcast on canbus 14 fuel pedal will be used taping tps and a couple of other control wires will need to go from 14 bcm to pcm for break light logic and cruse cancel all 12v so no need to convert the 14 pcm will be hooked to the 7.3 the sensors from the 6.7 will be installed on the 7.3 for the rest of the engine information to be displayed and glow plug logic the 14 pcm harness will be stripped of all engine control wireing and emissions wiring that's all the easy stuff just nuts and bolts of the build the hard part that's been given me all my issues is how to make the truck think its running so all the nodes wake up keeping the 14 can logic and not having to reinvent the canbus world that's where the teensy on the triple can board comes in the pcm HS-CAN bus wire will be cut feed into the teensy on can1 and feed out on can2 making the teensy a gateway translator filter injector the teensy logic will take all the information being feed to the pcm from the truck filter out bits and peace of hexadecimal pid adding in the engine running bit of the pid hexadecimal code and sending it out on the HS-CAN I have not been able to figure out how to run 7.3 rpm through the 14 pcm so I'm just going to take the easy way and run it to the Teensy gatway and have the teensy inject it on the network the 6r140 tcm will be set to manually to get rid of all the logic involved with being a automatic hopefully in the next month all the snow will be melted off the 14 cab so I can install the teensy in the next work and check and see if this code works or it's back to writing code lol just wanted to give a update and thank the people that have offered up running and driving hex pids with out the them I be screwed as the 14 6.7 kr was never running or driving also I will be running the 14 fuel system sendor filters also running the 14 rad pack coolers cac still trying to figure out if I'm going to run the water air cooler if there would be any benefit to it on a 7.3 ps
