Very specific noise
My 2003 e350 2v 5.4 is making a “chittering” noise. I’ve never heard this on any vehicle before. Not my vehicle in the video but it’s the exact same noise.

It almost sounds like a heat shield rattling. Check the heat shields on the exhaust pipes. They can break welds over time. Also check the dust shield between the engine and tranny bolted to the tranny bell housing. I've had that rattle on me before.
