Unhappy Fire damaged 82 F150 4x4 ... what to do?

We have a 1982 F150 4x4 Long Bed that is fire damaged ... bad cab interior and wiring damage.

Overall a good truck ... was a daily driver.

What should I do sell complete or part it out? --- Keeping the motor for another project.

Any tips? Need to get her gone, yesterday!

You could always give it to me. I could *probably* have it out of there tomorrow.

. . unless you wanna take a bunch of cool stuff off of it first. Then I don't want that old piece of . . truck, either.

Let me see if I can help . . a little any way.

Here is what the parts would go on/in:

http://www.canopy.net/temp/2.jpg

Right now I see needing a left front grill insert, winch bumper, winch, HOOD, . . . um . . . nerf bars or steps (actally I want rock sliders), . . ?skid plates?, aux fuel tank(s), aux lights (good ones!), shiny wide 5 lug rims, etc.

. . I'm flexibe. Whacha got?

CT:

This truck is a 19-82, your truck in the gallery is older. Are we on the same page? Did you have an interest in the '82 year of El Trucko de Fordo?

Heck yea we are. I'm interested in the parts that either fit natively, or can be . . creatively adjusted, to fit the bill.

This is not to be a show truck.

The concept going in it to create a vehicle that can (reasonably) spend weeks exploring the "outback" *unsupported*. There are no fashion awards to be had out there, and, ugly has it's own attraction - anyway.

. . or at least that is what I tell myself every morning when I look in the mirror.
