Was at a dealer yesterday. They had two new and identical XL trucks. Tires were the Duratrac tires that come with the XL Off Road package. BUT...what was odd is that one truck's tires were labeled "Duratrac" and the other was labeled "Territory RT". Never seen that before. Exact same size and tread, different sidewalls. Odd...
Nope, all four tires on the truck were identical. Right next to it was another new truck with four tires labeled "Duratrac" and white letters facing outward. Sizing and tread identical.
Also, I incorrectly titled this thread "MT" instead of "RT".
Odd that Goodforayear is supplying Ford with tires that have two possible sidewall brandings.
Edit: in looking at this with more detail, it could be that the Duratrac branding went to Territory branding recently. The truck with Territory RT black letter tires is a newer build. I wonder if you can even still get the XL Off Road package with white letter Duratrac tires as of April 2025?
