air cleaner clamp needed

air cleaner clamp needed
I found an air cleaner for my truck at a good price but it is missing the clamp assy . Does anyone have one they would part with. This clamp fits the 94 carb with a 2-5/8 top. It looks like the clamp in the attached photo

Well you can't have that one. I'm using it.
I don't think I have a spare, but I can check. I would bet Kevin(bigwin56) has one.

Good luck. That is probably going to be harder to find than a compete air cleaner with the clamp. You essentially need the proper one as you can see it has a long shaft to clear the oil bath assembly to allow for turning of the screw. Maybe you can find someone who will give one up... Then there is always Chucks Trucks LLC...

There is one out there,I just need to find the guy that has it and will help another Ford truck guy out

Don't forget there is a gasket that goes between the carburetor and the oil bath air cleaner. Without it, the air cleaner wont seat properly.

I hadn't thought about it but that makes sense. You wouldn't want to sell an air cleaner without the clamp.

Oh! Is this just a round gasket sitting on the carb? I haven't ever had one on it. Is there a source for one?

I might be interested in getting one for my 48 with flat 6. Most I have found are for the flat 8.
