Just bought a 25 F 350 Tremor XLT base model. Question you think its possible to swap out grills with a black appearance grill and put in the LED headlights would this work and be able to make it work with Forscan.

 

There are numerous posts about swapping in factory LED headlights. But it's not a simple plug and play. There's additional parts and different wiring harnesses/adapters required.
But most of these swaps were done on earlier year models. I haven't seen anything here on the newest models yet.
As for the grille, I'd guess that compatible years install the same no matter the outward appearance.

 

There is some wiring differences. These guys will sell the harness or an entire kit. It will require some FORscan work. You can probably source the reflector or projector headlights cheaper yourself. Morimoto is hopefully releasing their XB headlights for the 23+ Halogen trucks soon, so I am waiting to see what they look like.

I ran into this site surfing around definitely expensive swap. I wish Ford would get on the LED train in all trims like most have.
