The test I’m asking you to perform is only on the solenoid, the other tests they ask you to do is for other problems which I don’t think you have.

Your first picture shows testing the solenoid but is drawn wrong, the middle pin should be where your one probe goes (doesn’t matter which one) and then you test the left side and then the right side. Do that and report what you get for results. You can also apply 12v to the middle pin and ground each side pin and you should hear a click from the solenoid if that side works (one click from each side terminal).

 

ok, i put one probe on the middle and then tested the left and the right sides. Left resistance was 43.1 ohms and right was 52.3 ohms.
