Have a 2012 f-250 6.7 with 165k miles. Deleted it at 75k and ran perfectly. Since I live in California the smog shop said no pass as their system can detect issue even though it was tuned back to stock and old dpf bolted back. So mechanic cleaned out def tank and lines,def sending unit, replaced egr valve, egr housing egr cooler and replaced computer. It still has P0402 code (excess egr flow) and he said he has run out of ideas to fix, any suggestions? He’s had it for 6 months. Map sensor is clean, air filter new, truck runs fine. Clear code and cel light and code comes back within 50 miles. Any suggestions? At wits end

 

How are you ebp readings at different rpm?
