I've got a 2023 godzilla with lariat package and the seat is clearly not sitting square with the cab. It's angled to the right slightly. It's a problem because it has such large bolsters so if you sit straight like you naturally want to, the left booster puts a lot of pressure of your leg and it sucks. Nice engineering Ford. I'm wondering if everybody with this configuration has this issue, or if this is possibly due to some type of screw up on the assembly line. It's bad enough to consider drilling new holes in the seat mount rails if there's room.
There are threads around about the cabs/beds being misaligned to the frame. Sounds like this is not that uncommon a problem but I've never heard of one like yours. My bed's off by about a half inch but I'm just letting it go. You may have to have your cab realigned.
Hmm I wonder, maybe thats why I feel like I am off center a bit, I thought it might be that the steering wheel is a bit left of center as I too get more pressure on my left leg than right. Now I have to go out and look. How did you look at this, from behind the seat?
Yes, I took the picture from directly behind the seat. When you're sitting in it, it's really obvious once you look for this issue. I was hoping there was something wrong with mine that could be fixed, but I'm really curious if others have the same issue. Sounds like you do. It would be beyond stupid if they designed it like this on purpose for any reason. What can be done?
The feet seem to have a lot of meat on them, might be able to drill a new hole 1" right on the front legs and 1" left on the back legs and take care of most of it.
Years ago my father had a loaded Buick Estate wagon (dating myself) and he said it felt uncomfortable. Sure enough the driver’s seat was crooked. Could be a track alignment issue like mentioned, but in his case the body shop had to drill new mounting points. But by all means this is a dealer problem and don’t let them blow it off as minor inconvenience.
The gear and track are aligned perfectly on each side. It wouldn't slide if they weren't. I'd love the dealer to drill new holes and fix this, but I already know they won't. I have a Mach E that has a bad tire pressure sensor they won't fix. Dealers and warraties are almost worthless. Sure, they'll fix some things, but not something like this. I would lose my vehicle for a week and they would say everything is perfectly fine.

That's not true. I had a Jeep and the align or catch on the right track was off by two "notches" and it was just like your picture. Unbolted the tracks and had to manually release the other track while preventing the left track from moving.
Can you explain this track issue better, I'm having a hard time understanding what you mean.
The "Holes" aren't drilled as you think.
As the floor pan is formed and stamped, everything as to line up, here is a pic of the underside, driver side, closest to the door mounting point.
As you can see, these are fixed, all four would have to be off or the seat wouldn't bolted down.
Underneath your seat, there are two gears that roll on a track. If it's a power seat which yours is, there is a rod that goes from left to right into the gear and the gear rolls on the track, it is very easy to be offset by a tooth or two.
I don't have a truck here (my shop) with a power seat to show you.
