Okay, if you think this is something that the dealer can correct without a lot of trouble, maybe I will take it in and see what happens. I still don't quite understand but that's okay.
After seeing this thread I could not help myself but to look.
Mine is slightly off as well.
If you slide you hand down the passenger side vs driver side the driver side is much tighter than the passenger.
Curious to see the out come.
Does not seem as drastic as yours but i now think about it while driving.
Nothing is uncomfortable but is a bit annoying know that I notice it.
Very easy for the tracks to be out of sequence. A toothed rack on each side and a gear on each side that drives the seat forward and backward. If the right side gear isn't in the correct tooth on the rack as the left side, the seat will be crooked, but still operate.
I'm sure the dealer will say it's designed that way.
Even off by one revolution it would bind and make noise. If its moving smoothly and quietly, its not the rails. Someone else posted the seat is offset to the right of steering center, this I can believe as thats how I feel when driving, that I am more to the left on the seat cushion. One problem I do have is the back side bolster on the right presses harder into my back as if there isn't any padding in the middle. Getting a bit annoying.
They have it now so we'll see. Maybe the seat bottom cushon is attached crooked somehow. It moves back and forth perfectly fine like you say. My gut tells me they won't do anything. It's definately not just offset, it's 100% not square to the wheel by about 10 degrees.

Keep us updated so if they do have a fix I can request the same remedy next time I have the truck serviced. Thanks!
After three days they looked at it and determined there is nothing wrong, it's put together as it's supposed to be, even though they acknowledge it's not square. Pretty cool. This is exactly what I thought they would say. Easiest fix would be to drill new holes in the seat mounts to change the angle slightly.
I would call Ford Customer Service and not accept the dealer’s answer, particularly if they don’t have their own body shop. A mechanic probably has no clue on how to resolve this and sounds like the service dept. does not want to have to deal with it. You paid serious money for that truck, Ford owes you a resolution.
I did call them. They said if the dealer agreed there is a problem then they could get more involved, but the dealer said all is good, no problem whatsoever. My seat looks exactly like another 2023 so this is how they were made according to them. I'm going to drill out new holes in the feet mounts for the seat and I think it may be just enough to straighten it out. I don't think I have much to lose at this point. I don't want to keep driving this truck with a crooked seat.
Don't ever drive a Freightliner Columbia or a 1980's Western Star truck either.
In the Western Star, my back would be killing me by the end of the day. That truck was a dump truck.
I took a Columbia to California and back a few times for an over the road company I drove for, and the offset seat was miserable compared to the International 9400i truck I usually drove. I was twice as tired in the Columbia.

l would try this before drilling into the mounts. Mine has what looks like lines drawn on the frame bars to align the seat to the frame.
That's not true. I had a Jeep and the align or catch on the right track was off by two "notches" and it was just like your picture. Unbolted the tracks and had to manually release the other track while preventing the left track from moving.
That could be like RV slide outs that get off line. Already a few guys with the same problem just on this thread.
Either the tracks are out of line with a skipped gear or the seat is mounted off center on the frame.
