Found a leak on my trans cooler lines on the 2014 F250, at the quick connects near the radiator. I can't tell if the quick connect seals are leaking, or if there is a leak in the steel lines themselves. Rock Auto has new lines from the trans to the quick connects, but I don't see the other lines available. Wondering if this is a common problem? Also wondering if I can just patch in a new flexible hose and cut the quick connects out completely?

They commonly leak from where they get mounted to the engine block as the bracket (closer to the rubber lines) there retains salt, etc. and it starts to corrode through the lines. Make sure that's good as well. If you're in a warm southern state, then maybe not.
As to the cooler, I'm thinking you need to retain those quick connects to fit on the cooler.
As to the transmission cooler coolant lines, they only have rubber hose sold by the foot in the "Hoses/Lines & Clamps section under the "Transmission Cooler Line/Hose" tab.**
They do sell adapters, but I don't know if this would work or not... I'm thinking NOT.
That is in the same tab as the transmission cooler line/hose.
Don't know the size of our 6R140 trans lines... would be sweet if something like this worked. Bunch of more adapters there but can't see anything holding that in place on the trans cooler... looks way different than the male fitting on the factory lines where that plastic clip holds the fitting onto the cooler...
Unless you cut off those male ends off the factory lines, flare the ends so the rubber hose stays onto the metal fitting and do the same for the metal lines that go into the transmission, if these lines are solid enough to do that to.
** this was in the general section with no vehicle information entered.

Thanks Overkill! I need to look this over pretty closely. The leak I saw was from the QC along the metal line to the flexible hose I think. For some reason I thought it was on the end that you cannot see in your first picture. So after the connector. But that makes no sense. I'll look at it this weekend and take some pictures.
BTW - I'm in NH so we see our fair share of road salt and brine. Makes everything a rusty mess!

Copy that... not too far from me here in the Buffalo area in the rust belt as well.
I was able to buy the hoses at Ford for about $115. The one that was leaking went from the quick connect behind the radiator shroud to the front of the radiator where it connects via a hose clamp and barbed fitting. It was a relatively easy job, but the cooler line from rad to cooler and back to QC is more intense. I think the AC condenser needs to come out or tilt forward to access those.
Since the hose end connectors are simple barbed fittings with clamps, I don't see why they made the quick-connects and the pressure hose on the side of the engine. Seems like a lot of wasted space, complicated fittings and potential leaks for nothing. If I have to re-plumb this again, I think I will buy the new hard lines (your first photo) and plumb new flexible hose the rest of the way through. Hopefully that's not anytime soon though.

I replaced mine as a maintenance item. The road salt rots them out and a minor leak can become catastrophic if not caught in time.

Good to hear you got it done.. glad to help out.

I was under my truck the other day but forgot to check how my trans line mount is as I've been greasing them every year before winter for awhile now when I learned from a thread somewhere here on the site that those lines and mount like to hold the salt.
Sometime soon will get under the truck as I have an idea I want to try and I'll take a pic and post up here.
Those SPE trans lines set and their bigger trans cooler is on my radar for sure.
