Hello everyone, I’m new to the OBS community and have a question. My truck idles down and back up. I don’t know if that’s considered surging. Anyways, i’ve replaced the IPR and ICP on it. New alternator and batteries. Not sure what may be drawing that’s causing it to idle down. I’ve uploaded a video for reference. Thank you in advance.
