front differential fluid type
What is the recommended fluid for the front differential? Don't know why I'm having trouble finding this....maybe it's the heat lol

Should be a Dana Super 60 axle. SAE 80W-90 should work. Do yourself a favor, forget about using silicone and order yourself a Lube Locker gasket for it. No silicone needed and no wait time to fill, and no leaks.

It's definitely a Dana 60 and I do believe it's 80w90. But if I swap out my gear oil in front, I'd go with the 75w90 I have in my garage... since I have it.

Found this on a website that makes fabbed diff covers for both Dana 60 front axles and Dana Super 60 front axles... I knew there were wide track front axles on the F450s and F550s, but didn't know there was a F350 DRW "Tow Boss" with wide track front end Super D60...

Since I own a F-250 with the Dana 60, I just looked at the owners manual for a 350 and that's how I read it. It sounded like the duallys had the "super" in it. My mistake.
