75 F-250 Ign Box
I have a 1975 f-250 highboy with a 390 2bl,I recently started having problems. The truck will run until I step on the gas hard and put a load on the engine then it sputters and sometime stals this went on for two days now the truck wont start.I have been told the problem is the duraspark box.I have a 76 f-150 with a 460 is the box the same?

I swaped the 76 box and still no go. almost out of options I replaced the ignition coil and bang she fired. I thought the coil couldnt be the problem because it was only a year old.
Through all this I learned that I can replace all my ignition components including coil,mag pickup,ign box,and timing advance for only 120$. you gotta love old fords.
