Oil pressure

Hi I’m new to this so bear with me I’ve been working on my 03 6.0 I had Hpop go bad so I replaced it truck ran for a day the no crank I checked everything I found that when I put drivers side valve cover I got Icp harness stuck under the back and it shorted and burnt harness so I replaced it put new Icp in truck runs ok not much boost had spare turbo so cleaned it up changed it out old 1 had bad unification ring anyway better boost but still not good I keep getting p2290 my idle oil pressure is around 600/700 psi but when I raise rpm to like 3500 oil pressure only goes to around 1100 psi where should I be looking could it be oil rail leaking on cones I don’t know much about oil rails and down fuel pressure is around 70 psi I don’t see any oil in valley under turbo or around anything before I had Hpop problem I’m boost was not real good injectors all look good on OBD Any ideas???

I’m pretty sure I found the p132b looks like exhaust leak on drivers side but the P2290 has got me puzzled
