I put in a used low mileage 5.4 engine in with new spark plugs. It sounds perfect at cold start up but as soon as the engine warms up to temp it has a cylinder 1 missfire and shifts wierd almost like shift timing is off. I have like 7 codes, could they all be related to the same issue and can a bad o2 sensor cuase a single cylinder missfire. I guess has anyone experienced similar issues and what would be a good next step? At least cylinder 1 is easy to get to
