Can someone post a picture of the passenger side 2nd row folded up? Like below. This rod came with the vehicle loose under that seat. I'm unsure of the orientation & would like to be able to slide that seat like I do the drivers side. Or am I missing a piece for that?

This usually because the rod that connects the release mechanism to the handle is bent from over-zealous users. Take a pair of pliers and bend it back into shape so the latch fully disengages when the lever is pulled.
Thanks for that. I had it apart yesterday but then put it back together bc I had to get the kids. I'll use your pic for reference when I tear it back apart
For anyone coming across this, the Dorman HELP door actuator plastic clips work for this. They will fix the loose rods. Insert the clip into the hole, slide rod through the clip and mounting hole. The clip then inserts onto the side of the rod. I still need to find a replacement spring that works.
