Retrofitting tonneau cover to quick release
Hey guys. Just wondered if anyone has trying what I am contemplating.
I have a soft tonneau with a full frame. I was thinking about replacing the clamps with quick release latches so I could remove it as one piece and set it in the garage if I needed to haul something big.
Or, to take it one step futher, I was thinking of putting hinges on the side at the cab that would be removable also.
Good idea or not?
