I was looking at my passenger door on my 1972 F250; and I saw that the previous owner had snapped the head off of the middle bolt that holds on the lower door hinge. I'm open to idea about how to get that out of there since I don't have any.
Hit the center with a punch to make a dent. Start with the smallest drill bit you have and drill through it. Step up bit sizes drilling all the way through it. Keep doing that until what's left of the bolt is thin enough to break out or back out. If you over drill (too big)...run a tap through for the next biggest bolt and put a new bolt in.
