Rear drum backing plate?
I have had my Licon 135 for 20 years or more. It is a 110 volt so can plug in anywhere and for home / hobby is really all you need but once you have one you will wonder how you did without all this time.
New is nice but if you check out Craige's List or better Face Book Market Place you can find some like new ones from time to time.
I will say tis try and get one that uses gas so you have that option if you want it, you will want it, but you dont have to use the welder with gas.
A 110 volt MIG welder would work great for this.
Run a bead on each place you did the JB Weld, a little grinding smooth and you are done.
No need to know small or large bearing or the size shoes and the trouble of changing it out.
I think it would take longer to pull out the welder and tools than to do the job.
