Exhaust Brake ??

I have found an SP Diesel Exhaust Brake for sale and was wondering if anyone has tried anything like this and how effective it was. This item plugs into the back pressure valve on the back of the turbo and is supposed to be simple to install. Does anyone have any advice? thanks
