need to turn engine without starter

broke flywheel tooth. have to be in DC from Idaho before I can fix. Is there a way to turn flywheel on 92 explorer so starter engages without grinding any more of flywheel. So far the serpentine belt does not work.

Put a socket wrench on the harmonic balancer bolt

Turn in the direction the direction the engine normally turns. Think you can easily reach it from under the car.
