Just another beef here with stupid dumb commercials...

Does Jaguar think that pronouncing it differently actually improves up sales...ya know the upper crust types that pronounce
tomatos, :Tomahtoes"
Jelly/all-friut
mustard/grey pupon

Watching a pbs show on Jaguars, the scientist never pronouced it in the Snotty new "you ar"version

Do the french have anything to do with this conspiracy?

Or does it have anyhting to do with growing up in bahstin

The Jaguar car is a British vehicle, where they say it Jag you ahr..

and tomahtoes.. Strange language that.. I was stationed there a couple of times - I couldn't understand a thing they said.

It's proper English. The English have pronounced it like that forever. Go over to London, you won't here a person that pronounces it differently. Jag-war is the americanized version

Ford tried tp buy ferrari in 63, but Enzo backed out at the last minute, so Ford decided to whip some ferrari butt at Le Mans with the GT40. And boy howdy, it worked.

You have to go into your user profile to place an avatar under your screen name. I'm not really sure how to explain it to you. But I think there are instructions on how to do it in there.

How do you think we Cauli-for-nia-ns feel with Ahnold in office here? I think the state seal needs to be a head of cauliflower, since that's how he pronounces the state.

owning a jaguar is supposed to make you feel special, which is why its marketed to people who dont know its really a ford and cant afford a real luxury car

Chrysler did by lamborghini, but sold it to a maylasian companywho had it for about 10 years. Now Lamborghini is owned by VW and all design and engineering is performed by Audi.
