Good luck, finding an 87-96 is pretty difficult now in TX and AZ. Plus when dropped are gutted fast, I did that last summer for my '88. Dropped nearly $1k for full interior (I mean full), perfect tail gate, bumpers, etc. This was a pristine '91 with documented 71k someone sent.
Been hard for last 12-15 years. Crap out there is usually around 25 years old or newer. 1990 was 35 years ago. Also, these trucks have become popular like GM's version.
One of the first gen PSD guys is selling a new bumper, forget which end. Worth reaching out.
I may just start calling up junkyards in NC and farther south, see what any of them got. I used to know a guy in Billings, MT that was my "go to guy" on all things parts. He found me (he had in his yard) a number of pristine 1970's Chevy trucks. I was able to get sent, in a wooden crate, a perfect rear fender from a 1968 Chevy. I should try and reach out to him.
I do know you can't just put a fender or some body part in a box! Crate and ship for big bucks or drive over there yourself. I once got a grill guard sent by Greyhound bus, the seller Sharpie marked my address onto the item itself and sent it without a box. Still have it, never put it on, for a 1972 Chevy truck. That came from Washington State.
Another grill guard, OEM from Chevy, I drove up to basically the border of Maryland to get and another time I went into Maryland, for a panel.
GH does not freight stuff anymore. Check into Uship for private sellers, they drive all sorts of odd stuff.
Fuel is not cheap, nor is vehicular wear, and time is finite. When I go out of state I am paid $1/mi. I think IRS bumped the min to the low 70c/mi, pal is going from AZ to CT as we speak for work.
Hell, may be better value for you to buy an entire parts truck fairly close. Take what you need, sell what you can, and then scrap it.
Not trying to be anti, just realistic. I have a pristine first gen PSD core support at my pal's in AZ for last few years. Why is it not here? Not paying freight so waiting until we are both off and I will drive from TX to screw off for a week with him. Basically a pleasure trip.
Yes... I was reading this thread last night, and found a bench seat for my truck, forty five minutes away, for $125, so thanks for posting the website. I installed it at the salvage yard, and they disposed of my old one. I had a folding seat cover over this mess.
