I have a 99 F250 Super Duty with a stupid little problem !! I have owned it for over 20 years now and I have a recurring issue as it is constantly burning out the blower control module/resistor on the heater fan. I am wondering if anyone else has this issue ?? I replace it about once a year and have replaced the blower motor also but it just seems to burn out every year or so. As I said I am wondering if anyone else has or had this issue and have you found a way to resolve it ?? Any info would be appreciated !! Thanks

Use a clamp on ammeter and see what the draw is on the circuit. Poor connections on the power and ground circuit will cause high resistance and load the circuit.
