Hello all im trying to figure out how to use forscan and I want to be sure im doing it correctly the first time , short backstory, abs module failed . No communication doesn't even show as a module on forscan and a regular abs scanner shows it not equipped. Ran ford tests and the power and ground is getting to the module so it's deemed dead. I ordered a used assembly off eBay and I'm going to install it this weekend . I have downloaded the as built file from motorcraft. All my research shows to backup the as built from the vehicle but obviously I can't save a program from a module I cannot access. Can anyone give me a step by step on how I delete the as built in the used module and reload the file from the motorcraft server? Obviously this is a whole as build file for the vehicle not just the abs module. Thank you for any help !
