Question Possible brake problem?

It just started to get cold the past 2 day's, and when I go out and start the truck and throw it in reverse it feels like I have the parking brake on but I don't. Even when I throw it back into drive to move it back up the driveway, there is a lot of shudder coming from around the brakes (sounds like the brake pads are rubbing against the rotor), as well as I could put it in Neutral on a hill and and it will just sit and not move. Although when it sits for another 3-4 hours when it gets warmer, it works fine. Anybody ever here of this problem, don't know what to do

I had a similar problem once. Brakes grabbing more so in reverse and lots of nasty noises. The rear shoes de-laminated on one side due to my axle seal leaking.
