87 Bigfoot Body work
Hi there, long time lurker as I have a had a few pickups over the years. My brother in law bought an 87 Bigfoot, will need a frame off restoration.
By chance is there anyone any where close to upstate NY that can recommend a body shop? Frame is getting blasted and should be fine but the cab is typical NY salt rust and needs lot more work than he can do.

Might want to re think "more work than he can do"
Body work is so expensive you can buy a TIG and go to college and learn to weld cheaper
I have 3 welders and I'm always looking for another, I took welding in college for fun
Same as paint
Most paint shops will not paint a car they did not do the body work on and then the 30k comes into play
Kindig customs in Salt Lake costs over 100k for body and paint back when you could get him to do one
I have a couple cars worth as much as a house too, but I have friends in the business
I do the mechanical stuff, and they do body and paint
Old Camaros mainly and a few 442's
