Hard to tell from a picture but this looks normal. The "lens" part of modern headlights (they're not really a lens anymore) is made from polycarbonate and has coatings on it to improve abrasion and UV resistance. These coatings can create this rainbow effect the same way an oil slick on water can. If that's what this is it's normal and doesn't interfere with function at all. You'll also find that no 2 look the same, and may show differently under different lights and angles. In some lights one may show and another doesn't. More info about the effect here if you're interested. https://highlinepc.com/the-rainbow-effect-part-3/
Manufacturing defect. Causing sub optical clarity. Making plastic parts requires a very skilled person to control the process. Looks like this is just poor quality control. And the material itself is faulty.
My passenger headlight keeps getting full of ice on the inside. At one point it was completely covered with dirty coloured ice at least 3 - 4 mm in thickness. The headlights on that side hardly lit up the road. My dealer tried to tell me this was normal from the response that came from Ford. Ford said they produce condensation and vent, what a bunch of bs as this is not condensation. Ford rejected the warranty claim.
If I spray water on the outside of this headlight, I can see it running inside the lens. They want over $1,700 to replace it. I am not done with trying to get this fixed yet and launched a complaint with Transport Canada and they have opened an investigation now. I would urge anyone else to do the same with their respective agency. The attached picture is after I cleaned the outside and you can see all the ice formed inside. This is on my 2024 F-350 Limited. When I cleaned this headlight with a squeegee, the water ran inside part of the lense and melted some of the ice, you can see the run marks. It was completely covered inside with this dirty ice.
This is not dirt on the outside, but rather salt mixed slushy snow that has leaked into the headlight and is frozen ice.
