Ok so a while back I posted asking for help with the truck stalling once you put it in gear and let off the break to start moving; it dumps completely shuts off after many suggestions and replacing pick up coil ignition control module plugs and wires few other things just trying not to drag this out. Plugs and wires did it. Stalling went away but then it had a real rough start and idle. So I put the original ignition control module back in starting great good idle still driving good. Then boom 300 miles later stalls on me right before work. So now I’m starting back all over again with no idea where to go from here now I doubt the plugs are bad that soon (maybe I’m wrong) I thought maybe something shorted the wires or they’re not getting proper signal from >distributer> pick up coil. Not sure where to start without dumping hundreds replacing those same things with say better msd versions. Not sure any help is greatly appreciated wondering if it is electrical if anyone knows of any fuses or relays that could be the problem. Also curious if anyone in here knows I tried to read the coil with an ohmeter but I can’t find in any manual or anything what the readings are supposed to be. Oh and the speedometer moving wacky went away with the wire replacement but came back with also.
Is the check engine light on? Last time you asked you never said if you were able to get codes. It also appears that you never checked the fuel pressure.

no engine light and your right i havnt properly checked the fuel pressure that will be the first thing i do thank you
No engine light does not mean there aren’t codes. Since you never followed through on the last suggestions, we are back to where you were five weeks ago except you spent money on a bunch of parts that didn’t changed anything.

Put a fuel pressure gauge on it to see if you are losing pressure.
okay just did the pressure test then replaced the fuel filter and pressure tested again. Both time pressure sat at about 32-33 at idle and then up to 40 with a good rev
