Fuel Leak
I am a relatively new owner of a 99 F350 PSD. Absolutely love the truck; Ford sure can build the big boys. Some day I'll pick up a new one, just have to rob a few 7/11's first.

Anyways. The truck has developed a rather severe fuel leak. Its leaking from what I believe is the water separator/fuel filter. It’s leaking from the drain **** (exits just below the right {passenger} head). I'm going to change the filter in hopes that its an O-ring/filter gone bad. Would those a bit more familiar with the PSD agree with this assumption? Or is there something else maybe a little more serious I should be looking for? Thanks in advance for any help.
P.S. Is there a PSD manual CD or something like one that can be purchased?
Thanks again!

Anyways, on the fuel leak. I talked to a couple PSD guys and they said that that valve is not known for going bad. Its possible that the water separator has failed and or some sort of foreign object has made its way into the valve and is not letting it close all the way. I’m going to change the filter/separator and O-Ring with new OEM units and clear out the tube. Ill let everyone know what I find.
On the fuel leak. Changed the filter and O-rings. Cleaned out the whole thing as best as I could do with it in the truck. Fixed the problem.
It seemed real gritty in there. Not sure how old the filter was but its changed now.
