Need help identifying a 5.4 engine, I have a 5.4 engine ìi bought for my truck with valve cover decals power washed off, the engines look the same except my 2008 f250 5.4 has the power steering pump located on drivers bottom of engine, the replacement engine has the oil filter that sticks out there. Any idea what engine I have. Thanks for any info.
