Airbag code 32

My 94 E-250 is showing a code 32 at the air bag light. Can this code be deciphered by the parts store or is only the service engine light readable? Thanks in advance.

Its a bad clockspring, and you better get it fixed pronto, I now have no cruise or horn, and cant afford the $90 part.

Well I have the dreaded Code 32. I replaced the clockspring and low and behold I still have the code 32. Any help out there. Oh by the way it is a 95 E-250 van.
