I’ll try to ask this correctly. I just moved from a 2019 F250 with a TPMS and camera on the back of the trailer. my new truck a 2024 F350 has backup assist and a harness came with it for using backup assist on a fifth wheel. Does anybody know how I’m supposed to combine both systems with only one 12 pin plug available? I did plug my original wiring harness from the 2019 into the new truck before I bought it and the camera and TPMS did work. I’m just not sure how to combine the sensor for the back up assist into that system.
it is all combined into one harness and uses the same factory connection .The yaw sensor for pro trailer backup is the addition to tpms/camera system. I believe there’s a thread on adding it to your original harness . nichols manufacturing and welding are very knowledgeable on the system and have everything parts wise if you need

The trailer TPMS, camera, and yaw sensor all run off the one 12 pin plug. There is a harness that has a 12 pin plug and a pigtail to go into the yaw sensor on one end, the other end has a pigtail for the camera and a pigtail for the TPMS module. The harness that came with your new truck has a 12 pin end and the other end goes onto the yaw sensor. That harness won’t work with the TPMS/Camera. The harness you have doesn’t have a pigtail for a yaw sensor. You need a new harness.
I believe you need harness P/N PC3Z- 15A416-A. Ford calls it a Base Harness. It will have connectors for Yaw, TPMS, Camera, and it all plugs into the 12 pin connector. I believe this will be used in place of the harness that came with your truck, which I assume only has the Yaw connector.
I'm actually surprised that your older camera works on the new truck. I know the camera changed at some point.
I was hoping not to have to rewire the fifth wheel but it appears I will. Hopefully the old camera will plug into the new harness. It picture quality is not great but it did work.
