Door questions

How is the vent window removed? Also how can I remove the "custom cab" logo without damaging it?

You pretty much have to take the main window out first to get the divider bar out which secures the vent glass. that is going by memory of course.

The logo on the door is friction held on by hardware called barrel clips.
I don't know the condition of your paint but they may well be rusted in so a little penetrant might be needed. Work something like trim removal tool under them or if your paint is not that great a metal spatula or putty knife.

go to Dennis Carpenter’s site and down load the catalog for our trucks and it has detailed instructions and photo’s on the windows and vents.

while inside the door, take the nuts off the customer cab and it simply pulls out.
